1) Maintenance & Operation

2) Air handling Unit 

The unit manufactures heavy duty extruded aluminum profile with and without thermal break and internal coving section. Unit powder coated panels are filled with 25 mm thick pressure injected polyurethane foam having 38 or 40 kg/m3 density. The unit is manufactured in accordance with client specifications. Capacity range 1000 CFM to 40,000 CFM. Our AHU’s are designed to achieve up to 120 mm static with stage filtration up to 0.3 microns. We also provide power saving E.C. drive Air Handling Units as per requirements

3) Cooling coil / condenser

Coils are provided with 2 or more rows which are based on counter flow of water / DX / Hot water with respect to air flow. The mechanical expansion provides an efficient bonding of copper tube & fins for better heat transfer. The coils are pressure tested at 21 kg/cubic.m at water. Coils are fabricated from 3/8”, ½” & 5/8” refrigerant quality copper tubing.

4) Primary/ Pre-filters (panel type)

Filter section can be supplied with a range of filter system that is totally integrated into the unit viz., panel, primary filters & pre-filters. The panel type filter can be supplied for applications where the filtration requirements are not critical or as pre-filter to enhance the life of higher efficiency secondary filters. The panel filter may be arranged in a flat blank or angle bank configuration.

5) Piping

Supplying & laying, pressure testing of M.S. / Copper piping as required for Air-conditioning, Hot water, Steam line and refrigerant line with proper support and spacing as per requirement.

6) Insulation

a) Piping Insulation (Hot & Cold)

Thermal insulation for steam, Condensed & Hot water pipelines by using fiber glass crown white cool mattresses of specified thickness with chicken wire mesh and aluminum cladding as reqd. & chilled water, drain line, refrigerant line will be insulated with Thermocol / nitrile rubber etc. as required.

b) Acoustic Insulation

Acoustic insulation are provided for walls & ceiling slabs by using Fiberglass 24/48kg/m³ density between the G.I channels fixed on the walls by using necessary adhesive and fixing Aluminum perforated sheet as reqd.

c) Duct Insulation & Duct Lining

The scope of work for Duct Insulation & Duct Lining comprises of supply & application of insulation confirming to standard specification.

d) Ducting

i. Ducting Fabrication

All ducts are fabricated from galvanized sheet steel of zinc coated using machineries including shearing, power press, folding, lock forming, rolling machines etc.

ii. Grills

Grills are manufactured as per customer’s requirement in different sizes with high quality stainless steel / aluminum section up to 16 Gauge with buffing finish / powder coated.

iii. Damper

Volume control damper / Fire damper made out of G.I. sheet with multiple louvers and  linkages for smooth operation, with solenoid valve / motorized system conforming to standard specification as per requirement.
